Elizabeth Kraus leads the team that coordinates the FTC’s international antitrust policy, bilateral cooperation and case coordination work, and represents the Federal Trade Commission in multilateral fora, actively participating in the International Competition Network and the OECD Competition Committee.
She previously served as Counsel to the Director of the FTC’s Bureau of Competition and, prior to that, as Counsel for Multilateral Affairs for the Bureau’s International Antitrust Division, where she represented the FTC in a number of international fora related to competition policy and law enforcement.
