Dr. Nitika Bagaria is a Principal at Charles River Associates. She delivers economic advice on merger control, cartel litigation and antitrust investigations. In particular, she specialises in the application of advanced quantitative techniques and economic modelling to advise clients on antitrust and competition issues.
Her consulting projects include several prominent mergers and abuse of dominance cases. She has worked with clients before the European Commission as well as national competition authorities across the EMEA region. Her experience covers a wide range of industries working for clients in retail, aviation, telecommunications, media, B2B, pharma and entertainment.
Prior to joining CRA, she completed her PhD in Economics from LSE and MA in Economics from Columbia University (New York). She has published in the "Economic Journal". Dr. Bagaria has taught postgraduate courses in Statistics at the London School of Economics and postgraduate Econometrics at London Business School.
