Dillon Kellerman is a litigation associate in Winston’s San Francisco office. Since joining the firm, Dillon has worked on several complex commercial class actions, IP disputes, sports litigation cases, and antitrust matters (private action, merger review, and corporate counseling). Dillon currently serves on Winston and Strawn’s innovation initiatives team to develop the firm’s transformative technology practices, including blockchain, distributed ledger and DeFi ecosystems.
Dillon also maintains a robust pro bono practice that ranges from assisting asylum applicants to providing litigation support in Civil Rights Section 1983 actions.
