Denis is Partner at AGPR (2013-) and Lecturer of the Master of Laws Program at The Catholic University of Brasilia (2015-).
He practiced law in leading Brazilian law firms (2006-13), advising global law firms and companies on all areas of antitrust in many sectors of the economy, as well as on regulatory matters and international trade.
In the public sector (2003-05), Denis was an attorney at the Secretariat of Economic Law of the Ministry of Justice of Brazil (SDE/MJ), where he worked on antitrust and pharmaceutical regulation investigations, as well as on antitrust and regulatory advocacy before international organizations and the Brazilian Legislative Branch and government bodies.
Denis has a PhD degree in Economic and Public Finance Law from the University of Sao Paulo – USP (2003-08), and was a Michigan Grotius Research Scholar at the Center for International and Comparative Law, University of Michigan (2014-15).
