Demi van den Berg is a lawyer at Brandeis where she focuses on (European) competition law and regulated markets. In particular, she works on issues related to cartels, vertical (distribution) agreements, abuse of a dominance, and merger control. In addition, Demi regularly advises on consumer law and other subjects related to competition law.
