Professor Eggert teaches Global Competition Law at Handong International Law School at Handong Global University in South Korea. Professor Eggert also teaches class concerning Evidence, Civil Procedure, Appellate Advocacy and Doing Justice.
Prior to moving to South Korea to teach, Professor Eggert practiced law for 24 years with Arnold & Porter LLC in Washington, D.C., where he specialized in Antitrust Law, Products Liability, and Litigation. Professor Eggert was counsel for one of the parties in a number of interesting antitrust cases, including United States v. General Electric Co., Assam Drug Co. v. Miller Brewing Co., State of New York v. Anheuser-Busch, Inc., et al, General Electric Co. v. Glynn-Brunswick Hospital, Inc., United States v. Inova Health Systems, Inc., In re OSB Antitrust Litigation, Laborers Local 17 Health and Welfare Trust Fund v. Philip Morris, Inc., Harristown Development Corp. v. Vartan, and In re Premarin Antitrust Litigatio.
