David M. Rodi provides, as in-house antitrust counsel, clear, practical advice to Shell’s Upstream, Trading, LNG, Lubricants, and Projects & Technology business units in North and South America. He also handles regulatory investigations (including direct interaction with the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission), advises on merger and JV issues, prepares merger clearance filings, and present antitrust compliance training to senior management. Prior to this, David M. Rodi worked as partner at Baker Botts LLP, Houston, from 1997 to 2013 and as a Law Clerk at the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He is a former student of the University of Texas School of Law (JD, 1996) and of the University of Texas at Austin (B.A., 1993).
