Damola is an associate in the Intellectual Property (IP) Dispute Resolution, and Competition Law Practice of Olaniwun Ajayi LP. He specializes in Intellectual Property and Competition Law. In addition to being involved in complex commercial litigation, he routinely advises tech startups, both local and international corporates on the enforcement of their IP rights.
As a DAAD scholar, Damola has considerable publications and working papers in various areas of IP and Competition Law. Some of his working papers include a review of the last two decisions of the Nigerian Supreme Court on collecting management of copyright in Nigeria.
