Cormac is a Senior Counsel/SC and a Partner/Head of William Fry’s Competition & Regulation Department. In 2020, he was among the first group of Irish solicitors to be named SC by the Irish Government. He specialises competition/merger control and public procurement laws.
Cormac is also the Head of the Irish Delegation and Law Society Representative to the Council of Bars & Law Societies of Europe (CCBE). Cormac regularly speaks at both international and domestic conferences/seminars and publishes extensively on both EU/Irish competition rules and other EU law issues.
