Christophe Lemaire has been a partner in the Competition and EU law department in Paris since 2010. He specialises in antitrust law, mergers, state aid and regulatory matters. Christophe was Rapporteur permanent and Counsel for European Affairs at the French Competition Council (2003-2006). He worked in the legal department of the French Ministry for Foreign Affairs (Community and international economic law division) where he was in charge of competition affairs and network industries, in particular representing the French government before the Court of Justice (2002-2003). He is also a Senior Lecturer in French and European competition law and regulatory law at the University of Paris I (Pantheon-Sorbonne).
