Charles Saumon is a senior associate in Hogan Lovells Paris office and a member of our Antitrust, Competition, and Economic Regulation practice. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006, Charles advises companies in the domains of merger control, anti-competitive practices (cartel, abuses of dominant position), State aids, distribution agreements, and regulatory matters (gaming, energy, automotive). He also represents companies before the French and EC competition authorities in proceedings against their competitors, suppliers, or distributors.
Charles has also experience on subjects specific to European law, particularly in regards to the free movement of goods and services or the freedom of establishment of companies in the European Union, including related litigation.
