Mr. Zhifeng Chai is a partner in the Antitrust and Competition Division at King & Wood Mallesons.
Mr. Chai’s antitrust experiences can be traced back prior to the enactment of the PRC Anti-monopoly Law. Mr. Chai’s practice mainly focuses on submitting merger control filings to SAMR on behalf of clients and representing clients in designing, negotiating, and implementing conditions in merger filings conditionally cleared by SAMR; providing strategic advice regarding transaction patterns from an antitrust perspective; providing antitrust and anti-unfair competition compliance consultation regarding clients’ business mode, distribution channel, pricing policies, etc.; providing antitrust training; cooperating with antitrust and anti-unfair competition administrative investigations on behalf of clients and assisting clients in antitrust private litigations, etc.
