Mrs. Rosenberg's main areas of work are competition and regulation, mainly acting before the Brazilian antitrust authorities in national and international review proceedings derived from mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other transactions, as well as in administrative proceedings regarding the investigation of anti-competitive conducts (mainly cartel charges). She has also expertise in developing and implementing antitrust compliance programs and in acting in regulatory matters, mostly those related to telecom and pharmaceutical.
Priot to joining the firm, Mrs. Rosenberg was the Director of the Competition Divison at the Economic Law Secretariat of the Ministry of Justice (Feb/03 - Dec/05), she has also been a foreign associate at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York (Sept/01 - July/02) and she has acted at the Secretariat of the World Trade Organization - WTO (June/01 - Sept/01).
