Antoine Babinet is a member of the Digital Markets Act (DMA) task force at the European Commission working on policy and implementation matters. As a European Commission official, he previously worked in the area of merger control in the digital sector (DG COMP’s unit C5). Before joining the European Commission, Antoine Babinet worked as a competition lawyer in an international law firm and as a case handler in the French competition authority. Antoine Babinet is a lecturer in competition law at SciencesPo Paris.
