Andrew Rhodes is a Professor of Economics at the Toulouse School of Economics. His research interests include industrial organization, competition policy, and the digital economy. He studied economics as an undergraduate at the University of Cambridge, and as a graduate student at Nuffield College, University of Oxford. He has published in journals such as the Review of Economic Studies, the Journal of Political Economy, and the RAND Journal. He serves as an Associate Editor at both the International Journal of Industrial Organization and the Journal of Industrial Economics. He is also a Research Fellow at the CEPR, and director of the TSE master's program "Economics of Markets and Organizations".
