Andrew Golodny advises traditional and new media companies on complex and novel issues in the telecom and media industries at Steptoe. He has experience in a wide variety of Federal Communications Commission (FCC) proceedings, including rulemakings, mergers, licensing, and compliance matters. He is particularly known for his work on telecommunications transaction reviews before the DOJ and FCC.
Andrew has significant experience with large electronic discovery and government investigations. He led a large team of attorneys in successfully defending a group of state attorneys general suing to prevent the entry of his client DISH Network as a new nationwide wireless carrier.
