Alicia Murray is a partner at DLA Piper where she is a commercial litigator with over 15 years experience in large-scale commercial disputes.
Alicia's practice includes regulatory disputes and investigations, restructuring and insolvency matters and general commercial disputes including construction disputes. Alicia co-leads our New Zealand Restructuring team.
Alicia has particular experience in matters involving competition law, Financial Markets Conduct Act, Fair Trading Act, Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act and the Protected Disclosure Act.
She has advised clients on regulatory investigations commenced by agencies including the Commerce Commission and the Financial Markets Authority, and defended clients in proceedings commenced by those agencies.
