Jui-Hsiang Chu (Alex Chu) is an associate at Lee and Li, where he specializes in money transmission law, crypto economy regulations, personal data protection, e-commerce, and the laws of the Internet and technology. Having advised on resolving both legal and commercial issues, Alex's technology practices cover fintech, OTT, e-payment, P2P lending, sharing economy, e-signature, cybersecurity, e-trading, cryptocurrency, NFT, and De-Fi. Alex also advises clients on corporate governance, general compliance, onshore listing, and consumer-related issues. Alex currently participates in the Digital, TMT and Data Privacy Practice Group at Lee and Li.
