Antitrust law is once again at the forefront of society, especially due to qualms about the actions of certain large-scale tech firms. Of course, we must be cautious in making antitrust accusations. As part of the antitrust vigilance life cycle or overarching process, the use of AI can be a substantive added tool for assessing whether antitrust appears to have taken place or not.
