Welcome to the February issue of our cartel column “From Collusion to Competition.” These have been very busy last few years on cartel matters for Competition Agencies around the world. Just two days ago we learned that major financial institutions are facing criminal investigations on gold, silver and other metals. One more of such already long list of investigations, likely not the last though…

Moving forward, it is therefore important for Authorities to strengthen their enforcement programs against cartels.
