For those interested in digging deeper into the subject, we’re providing links below to four comments made to Canada, Japan, China, and Korea regarding their respective approaches to Intellectual Property. The first two papers on Canada and Japan were written by the two authors of of our first article in this issue, former FTC Commissioner Joshua Wright and Judge Douglas Ginsburg. For the third article (China) the authors were joined by Bruce Kobayashi, and for the fourth article (Korea) they were joined by both Bruce Kobayashi and Koren W. Wong-Ervin.
