WilmeHale Promotes Two Antitrust Partners

WilmeHale has promoted two partners in the area of Antitrust and Competition. One in Brussels and one in Los Angeles.

Anne Vallery has practiced EU competition and regulatory law in Brussels since 1996, with a particular focus on TMT and digital economy sector. She has litigated numerous cases before the European Commission, European courts, national competition authorities, Brussels courts and other national courts. Ms. Vallery has been involved in a host of major transatlantic cartel investigations. Ms. Vallery has also been involved in major abuse of dominance investigations, state aid litigation, damages litigation, ICSID and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitration and telecoms matters. She has also represented clients in numerous filings of mergers and joint ventures with the European Commission and national competition authorities, including negotiations of divestiture and other commitments.

Nana Wilberforce focuses her regulatory and government affairs practice on matters involving antitrust and competition. Ms. Wilberforce has extensive experience navigating clients through the Antitrust Division’s Leniency Program in cartel enforcement matters. She has counseled clients through shifts in competition policy brought on by presidential administration changes and has worked to secure merger clearance for transactions across a range of industries, including healthcare, biotechnology and energy.
