Fenwick Grows Antitrust Practice

Fenwick announced that Steve Albertson is joining the firm as an antitrust & trade regulation partner, based in Washington, DC.

Albertson represents technology and life sciences clients in mergers and acquisitions reviewed by the Antitrust Division of the Justice Department and the Federal Trade Commission. He has in-depth experience counseling clients on a range of antitrust compliance and merger enforcement issues. His most recent experience includes working under Section 7 of the Clayton Act and conducting investigations brought under Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act.

Albertson advises clients on all aspects of Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act issues and assists with reporting and notification requirements. He has extensive involvement steering large M&A transactions through merger reviews.
