The Competition Commission of India on Wednesday said it has launched a comprehensive e-governance project to facilitate electronic filing of cases requiring its approval, including the merger and acquisition (M&A) proposals.
Speaking during the sixth annual day function of fair trade regulator CCI, Chairman Ashok Chawla said that the regulator has taken a number of initiatives “for speedy and efficient disposal of cases”.
He said that CCI has launched a comprehensive e-governance project which would also facilitate electronic filing of cases and M&A proposals.
