AAI Adds Two NY Antitrust Pros To Advisory Board

The American Antitrust Institute (AAI) announced the addition of two leading antitrust practitioners to its Advisory Board. Both based in New York, Labaton Sucharow Partner Greg Asciolla and Robins Kaplan Partner Meegan Hollywood join the group of outstanding experts in the fields of antitrust law, economics, and business in the United States and abroad.

“AAI is honored to add Greg and Meegan to our Advisory Board,” said AAI President Diana Moss. “Their expansive and cutting edge work in private antitrust litigation has contributed to important developments in antitrust law.”

At Labaton Sucharow, Gregory Asciolla serves as Chair of the Antitrust and Competition Litigation Practice, a member of the Executive Committee, and Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. He focuses on representing businesses, public pension funds, health and welfare funds in complex antitrust, and commodities class actions.

Asciolla currently represents clients in antitrust matters involving price-fixing, monopolization, benchmark and commodities manipulation, pay-for-delay agreements, and other anticompetitive practices. He has served in leadership roles in the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) Antitrust Law Section, the Antitrust and Trade Regulation Committee of the New York County Lawyers’ Association, and the Committee to Support the Antitrust Laws.
